Coping with RSI

Three things help me to cope with having RSI pains while typing:

1) A tented and divided keyboard
2) Occasional breaks to stretch the arm and bring the nerve back from under strain. Reduces tingling (thanks sea_bright)
3) Holding my hands palms together not far apart and tossing a tenis ball between them on some occasional breaks

Number three, strange, huh?
