Brrrr. Finally
Wow, it's finally X mas weather. Or close. Mt Lemmon got snow, but won't know until morning how much (eyeball method). The spots of rain have been very welcome...dying cactus isn't the best curb appeal. I love to watch the wash run and the crowds who "gather at the river" just to see that it is. We better get the stuff off the porch before it ruins waterlogged! But sunnier weather is a given soon enough, which will suit my near constant cough just fine. Meanwhile, we're setting up the tree, some of the lights don't work, but I think we can get round that, E came in wearing a Santa hat and the X mas stockings on his feet saying he was Santa, LOL! We've been reminding him that naughty boys get socks and underwear and algebra books instead of Nintendo and V Smile and loud loud toy trucks, so I guess he feels if HE'S Santa, it's less of a worry that his stocking will be stuffed with coal instead of Cars and Hot Wheels. 'Tis the season to be spendy, after all.
