The most annoying thing. I rode Pairon, we did leg yields in collected and extended trot, and then collected trot and canter on a circle. At first it was sorta... not good. But after about half an hour, Pairon started to move pretty well, and during the latter half of the lesson he was actually on the bit every now and then.

And I had a camera with me! But the thing is, it's near impossible to get decent pictures in the indoors riding hall, because the lighting is horrible. Sigh. And the girl who took the photos only seemed to take them in the beginning and at the end of the lesson >_< Meaning that I have no pictures of when I actually did some work up there. And I'm sooooo annoyed, because the lesson went so well. Mostly. Arghhhhh.

So here are some craptastic pictures of me riding. And Mandi!
(Also, I'd just like to say, Pairon is absolutely the prettiest pony I have ever seen. Well, actually he's a horse, but still.)

Adjusting the stirrups.

Hhhh. Warm up.

Well. Here he was looking pretty nice, on the bit, round strides, the works. Sadly, you just can't see it, really -_-

Mandi :>>>>> Would you look at that forelock. Or lack thereof. All she has is tiny tuft. Also, see those grey veiny things on her hind leg? Those are scars.

The scars are worse on her right hind leg :/ She broke her right leg some years ago. Amazing she didn't have to be put down. I'm not sure what happened to her left leg. Also, the lighting in the stables made her look all yellow ._O

ETA: Oh hey, I wasn't just imagining things: the position of my legs really has gotten better!
