So.
When a deaf customer comes into your office, you always try to accommodate them as best you can, maybe by writing things down or whatnot. Only natural.
And when a customer comes into your office and threatens to call the police, the standard response is "Okay, go ahead." Sadly, that's what cops are for 75% of the time, dealing with minor, albeit stupid, complaints.
So when a deaf customer comes into your office and threatens to call to police and you tell him go ahead, and then he shoots back "I'm deaf, I can't use the phone. YOU call them!"
How on earth is laughter NOT the appropriate response?
In other news, I am now going to hell for saying it's the first time we've had a customer that was dumb in both meanings of the word.
