Yea so summer has begun and so much shit has passed. I passed all my classes this semester, but my GPA is only a 3.16 and I should have a 3.25 to maintain my scholarship so unless i'm in the top 25% of the students majoring in chemical engineering my scholarship is gone.
A few days after summer began, my grandfather died. It sucked. I felt very close to him, but that wasn't even the problem. I have a very stoic outlook on life. But when you see you father cry for the first time in your whole life, you get a few goosebumps. I hate seeing people in pain, so I basically looked after my father, grandmother, and sister for the week or so. Shit has smoothed down since then, which is good.
I got the job at Avecia Biotechnology as I had been hoping to. They want me five days a week, so I will be bringing home crazy money. I will still have all my nights free, the gym is open until 8 so I won't be barred from that, and I can still keep my job at Dunks by working one day over the weekend. Fucking rock.
I'm leaving in less than 10 hours for NJ, once again for a concert. This time around it's Anthrax, and its not just me and Nick. Dave is coming too, so shit should be pretty wild.
Also, I play pool something like 4 times a week nowadays. Sometimes more. Chillin with Trav and Nick has spawned some of the most fun conversational topics and memories. This summer is going to probably kick ass a lot :) Trav and I will write a book about how AMs M people with A's, but only if the S is R. If it's W, then they are back home in Billerica. Fucking right.
