Yea, so the show was good fun. Shadows Fall blew me away. I had never seen them before and I was not disappointed by a thing except for the fact that their set was entirely too short and the fucking dink of a security guard stole my camera. And of course they never catch the people who smuggle cigarettes and weed into the show. Fucking worthless "workers." Whatever, I was pretty drunk at the beginning of the show so its a good thing I just complied and didn't mess around. Lamb Of God was after them and they still haven't soured a bit. This was my 4th time seeing them and possibly the best (best set, but kinda short. should have been longer like the set when they headlined at the palladium). People still didn't do the wall of death :-/ I was able to run a full 30 or so feet before making contact with another body. Still an amazing show, gotta love those guys. Slipknot was interesting. 4th time seeing them as well, but for some reason I just wasn't too pumped. They DID however have a lot of fun visuals like when joey did his drum solo on a platform that rotated upside down and when they wore the "face" masks when they played vermillion. I hope Shaun Crahan's wife gets better. I hate hearing about personal losses.

Yesterday was interesting, too. After work (which was soooo busy) I went to play pool with Kerry and Sarah. yea, i was still in dunks garb. Eh, either way it was still fun, except that on the way back home i got pulled over. Mind you all that i've never been pulled over before, and what do i get pulled over for? My plate lights were out. How stupid is that. I didn't even make it away with a verbal warning, the shite gave me a written one >_<. At least I didn't get a ticket. I was still in my dunks uniform; the officer wasn't about to piss in his own pool.

Aside from that I must say that 2005 has been the year that all has gone to shit. Cops are out in full force. no, actually, double force. You can't even go for a soothing ride without worrying about getting pulled over for stupid shit. Last time i went to play pool with some guys from college, BOTH cars got pulled over at separate times. Matt's car had a busted taillight and got pulled over. Mike's car was speeding, so he got pulled over. What crap, shouldn't these guys be stopping terrorism or something? Anyway, regulations at workplaces are getting stricter for no apparent reason. Can't even listen to music in the back anymore even if the tunes have no swears or inappropriate subject matters. Ugh, even worse, Pubey started his next 4 years. Plus classes have been a real strain. Still yet I choose to throw in cheery tunes like Opeth. oi fucking vei.

whatever, right? hey, happy st. pat's to all you people sober enough to read this :)
