(no subject)
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYBODY!!
I hope you had a nice night. Mine was quiet and spent with family, champagne at midnight and watching the fireworks. It was nice though the kittens didn't like the firecrackers and decided to hide in my closet or under the bed. ^_^
I can say that the last year has been a bad, horrible year when it comes to my personal life. No job, issues with the apartment and money, falling out with a friend I have known for 13 years, two of my cats dying, family issues.
There were some good things too, getting closer to in2lalaland, who has become my rock when things started falling apart and her faith in me remains so strong it keeps me going when I really want to give up. Lulu, one of my cats had kittens I helped her give birth to and they are now my beautiful three boys, Athos, Porthos and Aramis. Branching out to new fandoms, mostly bandom and discovering MCR and Panic! and meeting the wonderful people in the fandom who never think I'm insane (or just tolerate it ^_^), who give me support and inspiration and are just awesome and amazing and so enthusiastic. Thank you guys, so much for being you.
I don't know what kind of year 2012 will be, but I know there are going to be some major changes in my life, most likely bad in the beginning, but getting better with time. It helps that I know I have unfailing support of friends at my back, if not family. I 'm not talking details cause nothing is certain yet. ^_^
Onto some other things...
I didn't get to a computer last night and so failed to post the last two stories to make a bingo for hc_bingo, but thank the heavens for amnesty periods. ^_^ Starting next week, though, I have two hc_bingo stories to post, two ficlets for insmallpackages and then, soon after that BRBB. But, to start the new year on a writing note, I requested an au_bingo card and I got it and it's made of awesome. Take a look!!
