Anyone have trouble with the Sephora Friends & Family order?

Not only did my code not work (20% off) but I also had an item I didn't order end up in my order.  I tried to call customer service but they were closed by the time I tried to call and in the morning they were no help.  The only compensation I was offered was 200 beauty points and a suggestion to return the polish when the order arrives.  I'm still not happy and considering returning the whole order.  I spent over $80 on it and feel like they could have at least offered me a merchandise credit for the amount I would have saved.

So, makeup junkie friends and customer service gurus, what would you do?
