I get paid tomorrow, and I'll see what I can do to help out.

I've got a similar problem right now with Neffy. She's sick, and I can't afford to send her to the vet. But a few bucks donation, it won't help Neffy, but it might help this kitty. You know?

I'm not sure. She's got asthma, that's definite, and has had for a long time. But lately she's lost a lot of weight very rapidly, and she's been cleaning herself to the point of hair loss. She's also become very needy and clingy.

I can't find any fleas, so while I'm tempted to say it's a flea allergy, I'm just not sure...

The only time I've heard of symptoms like this was when we lost Phedre to feline leukemia. I'm hoping that's not what it is, but...

In any case, just treating the asthma costs well over $100, and we can't afford to treat that, let alone anything more serious. I've been trying to get up the money for months now, but there's always something else that comes up.

I figure if I can at least contribute a few dollars to helping someone else's cat... I don't know, maybe the Fates will do me a favor.

Oh Michelle, I'm sorry. :( Poor Neffy. Poor you! Drop a few dollars on the altar of feline rescue and maybe something good will happen.

I know people on LJ have recommended CareCredit for pets and owners in need. I don't know if it's feasible for you guys but it does exist.

I'm thinking healthful thoughts for your fuzz-butt.
