Question for Sci-Fi peeps....
I posted the below "" on facebook too, but I want to ask as many people possible...
"So I realized that of all sci-fi gadget/weapon there are I think I'd really want to have a sonic screwdriver. Not a lightsaber or a scythe, not a robot chicken or a towel, not a phaser or Vera (maybe Jayne's hat, but that's an accessory right?), not a zombie fighting cricket bat or anything. I would like a Sonic Screwdriver because sometimes I do have a lot of cabinets to put up. So what gadget/weapon would you like to have? And in this scenario it does work. Wish fulfillment people - get into it!
Also I don't know if a Robot Chicken is a gadget or weapon or accessory, but I think it might be. Maybe."
So that's what I asked on facebook and we will see how many responses I get there. Facebook has so many like things that seem like ads and want to like connect to my "profile" and I don't see the point...am I an outdated freak or what? And I haven't got on twitter yet. Lame me.
Oh well, the point is I am a semi-lucid sick person wondering what gadget people would want in real life. I am enjoying watching Doctor Who if you can't tell! I don't like season two as well as season one, but I know I like season four. Uh, that might not make much sense but its a show about time travel - deal with it! heehee. Like I think I am not enjoying season two because I know the end of season four and know that something happens that I don't know yet with the Doctor and Rose - but I do know...I think? And I watched most of Torchwood season two so I think I know stuff that I shouldn't know yet, but I don't know what it means! It's a rare bit of anticipation watching something that is all out of order. Also...high on cold meds! Weeeeeeeeeee!
