Written for the kh_drabble prompt 'friendship'.

Title: Bound
Rating: PG
Summary: Xehanort always knew Yen Sid would leave them one day, just as he knew that he would be the one to console Eraqus when it finally happened.

( Eraqus’s hands shoot out to clasp Xehanort’s arm too tightly, desperate and despairing. )

Xenanort is so obviously evil it is hard to picture him as a child and this is sweet, yet sad, as we know how far he falls and what their destiny leads to. I loved it.

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it. :)

Thing is, even at his best, I don't see Xehanort as being entirely selfless. I guess 'calculating' might be the best way to describe it, always trying to figure out what he should do to benefit the most, so I find him to be really interesting. (But YES, obviously evil. I'm glad they skipped the British accent though. That would've been just a little TOO evil. :p)
