[TRACK one] Re-start
I'm Kamio Akira. So, yeah. That sounds ridiculous to start a personal blog with, doesn' it? Wish I could say something more interesting, but it's kinda a weird day.
It feels weird, "our" tennis team is now "their" tennis team. We aren't some punk-ass second year rebels anymore. For some stupid reason, the coach keeps bothering me about when season starts, who's gonna be on our team, what kinda person took Tachibana's place. Hell, everyone knows no one can, why even try out, huh?
Good thing is, I didn't end up punching the guy. But he's not our coach. And I told him he's not. Got a little uppity about it, but I don't really give a fuck - he shoulda taken us when he'd gotten a chance. Even now, hell, if a second year decides to give 200 percent and Ishida's only giving 50, I know who I'd rather have on my team - and everyone else knows it too.
That said, there's this new kid. He's not too bad.
No one else who tried out really was able to give us a run for our money, but they were all good. I have some ideas, god forbid somethin' happen and people have to stop playing. But we're doing good. Shinji makes a good vice-captain.
As long as we don't have to deal with that stupid coach, things'll be just great.
