Hmm... I can't actually say from this. I put a screenshot of my layer order in the post, maybe it's that? Otherwise, can you upload your psd? I should be able to find out what the problem is when looking at that.

Well, the good news are, you did everything correct. The bad news: my photoshop seems to have become its own life form.

I downloaded your psd, and did step 4 with the action I've saved. It came out as it should according to the tutorial. Then, I did the same step once more, using the Auto Options by going to Edit - Auto Level etc, and it came out like yours. At that point, I tried to use my action again, and it came out like yours again. It worked up to that point, so I can only guess that either I've seriously changed the default settings for Levels at one point (and they now corrected themselves) or something even more weird is going on.

I'm going to see that I find another way to go from step 3 to step 4. Give me a bit of time, and thank you very much for letting me know about this!

I've edited the tutorial, putting a Levels layer instead. The end result will be minimal darker on the greens, but overall, the coloring effect will be the same. You can adjust the settings of the last Selective Color layer to even out the slight differences.

Thanks a lot for bringing this to my attention!
