Great commentary. It's interesting how many things match the comment I posted when you first released it. Which means you really did a great job of getting your thoughts on vid. *g* The 'dark' doctor is my favorite, if it's nine or ten. I mean I like it when he's all fantastic and brilliant and bouncing around but I'm always fascinated when he gets dark.
And I probably should have mentioned that whenever I vid DW, I try my best to move it away from a "kids show" and portray it more in the realm of what I wish it was, which is, uh, not a kids show.
I personally don't think it's a kids show. Some episodes start this way but they soon get too cruel to really be for kids. Kinda like Harry Potter is not for kids anymore.
Could you explain the part again which you took from Harry Potter. I understood the whole process but not which scene you used as an example from the movie.
Thanks! And yeah, I just reread your comment and you did pick up on a lot of it! :)

Probably because there's less of it than the other, it seems like something exciting and extreme each time it happens.

Kinda like Harry Potter is not for kids anymore.Oh well of course I think it's a very good comparison with Potter. But even when I try to be all in denial about DW NOT being a kids show, I listen to a commentary or watch a Confidential and they mention repeatedly about how they can't do this or they won't do that because they're a kids show. Grr. Why can't they just let me pretend in peace?! :P I think Potter did a much better job of moving away from it, actually. Although the darkness of S3 is what REALLY drew me into

I loved your commentary. I love the way you do vids, because everybody even myself when they do vids, the do vids about the happenings of the show, the relationships...But you really get inside the character's deepest feelings.
Hee! Thanks. I really love the idea of commentaries, and I always listen to them on films and shows and such. So I wish more vidders would do them, because it's just so fascinating to hear someone's thought process on their work. ;)
You know how much your videos touch me. Being able to actually hear your thought process when creating such a masterpiece is just amazing. You have an extraordinary ability to get into the characters' heads when you vid, and even though you joke about it, you really are deep. You're so talented. Yeah, said it before, but it's a universal truth. Your voice didn't put me to sleep, in fact, your voice combined with the awesomeness of your commentary made me want to sex you real hard despite the fact that your genitals are on the inside.

Um, but that's like the nicest thing you could have said. I'm honestly touched. Really really really a lot. (But apparently not in that special way cuz of that whole genitals on the inside issue. :P)
