S-man's Nuclear-Powered Funkbox (ver2008)
I realised how far technology has progressed since 2004, when I last upgraded my previous PC. I opened up this new box, and couldn't recognise many of the funky new features that's standard on motherboards these days. Wah, even my PSU is so cheem - inside got blue LED lights summore, leh! I'm so swa-ku man...
Spent the good part of last night installing software and tweaking the system. Seeing that my Xbox1 has officially dies, I also installed some old games, including Sierra's SWAT 4 (including the Stechkov Syndicate Expansion Pack), and of course CounterStrike: Source. I remember a time when I kicked royal arse on CS with my AMD K6-2/400 system. Loaded CS up for the first time (on PC) in maybe 7 or 8 years
and boy
do I
suck.
Even on "Easy" bot mode.
