And wishing I was on the air...So, I discovered Facebook, and it's incredibly addictive. Indeed, I found everyone I think I've ever even had a conversation with in, like, my entire LIFE!!
Everyone seems so much more successful than I. They all have careers and kids and whatnot. Where are the losers? Is it just that if one is a loser, one can't afford an Internet connection, or what? Well...I suppose I'd better not judge that too harshly, since I can't afford an Internet connection at home. :) I'm working on it...But the question is, do I cash in my vacation pay to get the satellite hookup, or do I get a holiday at any point? Such a choice! *snicker*
And, I figured out something this week about one of my past conquests that made me feel vindicated, so right now I'm feeling a smug self-satisfaction of Cheshire Cat-like proportions. Heh.
Not much else new to report. I bought the Charmed Knits book, which is a colleciton of patterns based on knitted items found in the Harry Potter movies and books, and it RAWKS! I'm going to knit something out of it when I finish the projects I have on the go. Too cool.
