 Hnnn, so how long does it usually take fer a fellow ta move up to the Upper Levei?  I've been behavin' myself and workin' hard.  I've even been givin' out all my spare candy to the kids.  I've even been thinking of openin' a candy shop once I get to tha other level

I'm jugglin' a few things on my plate. Gettin' to the Upper Levels ta get my abilities back, trying' ta get inta Rangiku's good graces, makin' sure Izuru doesn't get too much of a backbone, checkin' out the abilities of the people in the Defense Force...
