Hey, I just came up with a pretty tasty recipe (based on what I had on hand).

Heat a tablespoon or two of olive oil in a non-stick skillet. Add crushed red pepper and garlic powder. Then add about a dozen medium shrimp and some tilapia cut into eighths. Cook these for a while until they're nice and coated with the red pepper "sauce". Then add 1 full fresh, diced avocado, cook for a few more minutes, and serve over a little bit of rice.

At least, that's what I did, and it tasted really, really, really, really, really good!
