Sorry, I can't offer any constructive crit (plus you did mention it was from '06 haha), but I wanted to say I really enjoyed this fic also. The interaction between Rhode and Allen is played out very well here I think :).

Thank you! The way Rhode and Allen's viewpoints are almost completely at odds makes for good interaction in the manga. I loved the part where Rhode was introduced--hurrah for good villains--and her subsequent fascination with Allen. I knew eye-stabbing was a Noah sign of affection. XD

Yes, this and all my other fics on here (so far) are one-shots. Some stories do tie into each other story- or theme-wise, however.
