Couple of days ago, reading a magazine, i bumped into the following photography among other pictures.
This cosy little house, in the middle of the fields, with its chimney and surrounding trees, had somewhat of a familiar taste to me.
As the photographer's name was provided in the magazine, i started looking up online for additional infomation on the picture, which turned out to be *strangely* entitled La Rue.

Looking at the picture some more, i quickly remembered where i had already felt a similar feeling, and collected a memory with similar keywords before: cosy lonely little house, comfy little green belt.
It was in Salzburg, Austria, up from the walls of the perched fortress, during my European trip in 2003.
I clearly remember spending a good moment up there, gazing at a little house, and wondering what kind of family could be living there, and what their life in this particular place could be like.
Giving my photo folder a browse, excited to find out how close the two little houses would turn out to be, i was quite stunned to soon realize that the two houses in question were actually... one and the same.
Yay for unlikely coincidences !

Conclusion,
6 years from 2003 to 2009,
memory is quite an amazing system for persisting and indexing feelings !
