(no subject)
it's now the end of week 4 at waterloo.
i love it here. there's always cool people around (well, cool in my books...), there's always guys to fool around with, there's always parties on the weekends...and well there's always something to do!
except there's also lots and lots of work. too much work really. they're cruel. engineering's hard. and on top of all the assignments and quizzes etc., there's looking for a co-op placement for january-april. aah!!
i had my first interview yesterday. but it wasn't really much of an interview...the guy interviewing me did alll the talking, and the only question he asked me was "do you have any questions?"...we talked about living in hamilton. ya. but well he interviewed 6 ppl in total, and there's gonna be 2 positions, so i have a 1 in 3 chance of getting this job!! but i might get a job in calgary if uncle calvin pulls some strings for me..hmm who knows??
i loooooove ballroom dancing class! dean and i are going to a real ball sort of thing at the end of november. yay! i get to buy a really nice new dress!!!! and dance!!! oh i'm excited.
i'm coming home this weekend, and i have like no plans. ppl, call me. i'm having thanksgiving sunday night, and other than that NOTHING is happening.
oh man i love facebook. more than physics...urg physics tutorial soon then i'm FREE!!!! yay long weekend!! well...except that i really need to start studying for midterms. besides that, s'all good!
