Yesterday was the halloween party. Well actually there were multiple halloween parties.I dressed as the Mad Hatter. Well, more or less. The costume was all skimpy and whatnot, but it was still uber cute. It was gold and turqoise and some of the material was shimmery and some was velvet. I wore black fishnets and my patent leather pumps with the bows. It was so much fun. Except for the fact that on my hat, the price tag said 420/69. Come on. Who just does that? Anway, last night Stef and Shayna spent the night, and Tonya was here until 2. Well 1, actually, because of daylight savings time. Anyway, I'm kind of out of it right now.. namely because last night my mom told me that gma went home early because Alex is in the hospital. Auntie Patty has never had him in the hospital without Uncle Manuel around to help, and make the major decisions with, so she's definitely more shaken up than usual. Anyway, I'm actually pretty worried. I'm probably going to give him a call at some point to see what's going on/lend familial support. Which is something different for me. Not that I don't support the family at, it's just that there's enough of an age difference between me and pretty much everyone else that I've spent most of my family life at the metaphorical kiddie table, as it were. When I got together with Cameron that sort of changed, and when I was there for Christmas we all actually had a ton of fun together, but nevertheless...I don't know. Anyway, right now the only thing I want is to talk to Shiraz, but he's asleep. I called his cell 3 times and his house, but his mom said he didn't get to sleep until 4, which doesn't surprise me, so he wasn't able to talk to me. For now I'm going to go... Garrit and I are meeting up for brunch and then we're going to rehearse. I love Garrit so much. He's just a good guy all around. Also, last night, it was so cool..KJ was Sweeney Todd at the party, and he stayed in character the whole night. It was awesome. And Jason Gaffney went as a straight boy. THAT was hilarious.
