Mom came up to the city yesterday. She, Garrit, Kathy, Lisa and I went out to eat and we hung out in the village for awhile, and met up with Liz towards the very end. It was a lot of fun, and my mother was very taken with Garrit (and the fact that he is fluent in sign language). Today I think I might be going out with Trevor, I'm not sure. And tomorrow, Marti and I are having a DAY. We are going out for lunch with my mom in the morning, then going to the downtown H&M and hopefully getting mani- pedis. I also need to get a wax but I'm not going to drag Marti along to that.
As much as I love everyone at AMDA and ESPECIALLY Garrit, Trevor and Marti, I still don't have Shiraz here. It's just so difficult. Like,with him it really felt like we were just more than best friends and more than dating.When I think of him, I think more about us being partnered than dating or something like that.
In other news, I took out my trash today, and when I looked in it, there was a butterfly wing, an empty yogurt, and a tampon wrapper. I was like... this is me. Something beautiful, something filling, and my vagina. Or something like that. Haha I have no life. Anyway I need to take a shower.
