Iii just want it to go exactly the same way as in the book, where Caranthir is a terrible person/robber baron but undergoes a change of heart over Haleth being the best person in the world, only it's too late by then and she goes off to hang with Finrod and his friends in the Fabian Society and Caranthir just pines and tries to do what he thinks she'd approve of but still keeps fucking things up. :D
