Happy Canada Day! & What I read in June
In honour of Canada Day, and also because it's my turn to pick the ice-cream flavour, I am making strawberry ice cream. Except, using frozen whole strawberries, because the strawberry harvest in Ontario was messed up by that really warm spell we had in March :P
So far Canada Day is very quiet around here: SP is sleeping over at a friend's house, and DH is still asleep. Later we'll go over to Downsview Park and see some fireworks.
