so college is over for a little while, and nobody is home yet, but that's O.K. because they day i got home i had to have my appendix removed so even if there was more friends in NJ i would be on too many narcotics to have fun with them.
i'm on percocet and my mom keeps calling it pregnozone, and i'm really afraid i'm going to get addicted. i took the steri-strips off of my wounds last night, and 2 of them look O.K., but the third looks like it doen't have any stitches in it at all, it's just an ellipse of coagulated blood. this is gross, but you know when you have a jelly donut, and there's a little hole where the jelly was put in, and a little of it is visible...? it's not right to look at a part of your own body and want to throw up.
i went out for the first time yesterday, not on percocet, i swear, but it was too soon- i was all loopy! i went to village thrift and super dollar city. i've only had $2 for the past 2 months, so i forgot how to buy things or shop for them. when i was in super dollar city though, i needed a cookie, so i bought 2 packs, got in my car, ate one, and got tired of them, and didn't have anymore. also while i was in the dollar store, i heard "in your eyes" by peter gabriel, and it took me an inordinately long time to recognize it, but once i did, i thought it was like the most beautiful song in the world.
