I'm listening to random Elvis songs and playing tenniball with Sophie!! We're a hunk a hunk a burnin love!! hehe I'm in a really good mood today!! We got our hardwood floor stuff & we're going to start putting it down today!!! Yay!!! I bought my very first Swiffer Wet Jet mop thingy!! :) I finally got my Sallie Mae loan & we're going to go to Colombus in the next few weeks to spend it all!! :) Can't wait!!!!!!!!!
Roger's mom was a bit melancholy yesterday. We called to say happy mother's day & she says, "Everyone's Dead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" & bursts into tears.... Um......ok....... For some reason she thought it'd be a good idea to go to the cemetery that morning. I love her to death, but she sure can be melodramatic at times!! I don't know if it's just a need to have some sort of drama & if there is none she creates it, but jeesh!!! I don't get it. If someone learns they contracted AIDS from the guy who raped them inside the Burger King play castle and then got hit by a car on the way out of the hospital and become paralyzed for life, I'd be ok if they felt a bit slighted, but seriously, don't create unnecessary drama!!
When I was in high school my grandma was planning to sacrifice me to the "Prodigy" with a rusty meat cleaver (no, I'm not joking, it's documented by a psychologist and Jackson's police det.) and I lived in a foster home for six months with 9 other kids until her antipsychotic drugs kicked in and I'm not complaining!! Bad things happen & it's unavoidable, but I can't for the life of me understand why someone would choose to over-dramatize something so trivial. Gaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!! But I told her to adopt a little chinese girl to save her from a life of forced prostitution and be happy & she cheered up and finally realized how goofy she was acting!!
