Not sure why, but for some reason that really hit me hard today. I don't think anyone has ever said that to me before, or said anything like it before. I know I used to be someone that people would come talk to if they had things going on in their lives that they just needed to talk out, but this is different.
It really emphasized for me how much I've managed to completely turn things around in the last seven months. It feels really good.
And you know who said it? My team lead, of all people. That feels even better.
