when you sort of make plans with people...
like... not solid plans but like
"yeah i have tuesday off so we should do something!"
and they say yeah and are all excited and you havent really seen them in a while so you really do want to hang out with them....
but then...
closer to said day....
you ask them what you're going on whenever....
and they suddenly have made other plans that day.
