THis is why I pulled photos off facebook a year ago & get extremly po'd when people put my photos on their profiles w/o my consent.

I absolutely understand. It's like you can't control anything anymore! It just seems to get worse and worse there.

For the record, I'm thinking of not only posting this note on my Facebook page but also using it to create a group.

Facebook also takes copyright on photos, which is the other reason I did that. I use flickr & basically have to hope people will respect my wishes to keep things off f'book

Yeah that ticks me off to no end.

Of course people do it to me b/c my friend Susi & I took All the pics of our high school friends & Sarah & I took the majority of college pics. I'm going through this w/friends right now b/c I take a camera everywhere so I have the only retreat/party/whatever pics & people want them as their profile pics. Sometimes I'm tempted to suggest they bring a camera or buy a disposable one

Maybe for Christmas one year, buy them disposable cameras. :)
