I hope so-- since you never know exactly what size they'll be when they're bigger... And she at least won't be that big for a while yet, if she's going to be.
Well, what we were told was that the grandmother was what they think was a full border collie, and that the grandfather was some sort of husky mix, possibly a husky-german shepherd-mix. Especially with the coloring of the brown one, who apparently has the same coloring as her mother did. The parents were most likely the same mix of those two, being that my brother's girlfriend and her dad and step-mom are pretty sure the father was the pups' mother's brother. (Look at all those relationships... lol)
My brother told me that the mother and her brother, and the other brother that my brother's girlfriend has, are great dogs-- they don't bark much (my brother's girlfriend's dog grumbles as if he's talking) and listen very well. Probably the border collie. But german shepherds are very smart dogs, too. I assume huskies are as well, so it's probably a mix of all of it.
And hey, a puppy is a great reason to get out and walk every day.
