I will take this opportunity to proses. I will take advantage of what I have found this journal to be. A place where I can state my opinions and have people listen. I will wrestle with God over bigger issues than me. All I ask of you is that you give me grace and do not judge me for my imperfection.
"3But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are improper for God's holy people. 4Nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk or coarse joking, which are out of place, but rather thanksgiving. 5For of this you can be sure: No immoral, impure or greedy person-such a man is an idolater-has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.[a] 6Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of such things God's wrath comes on those who are disobedient. 7Therefore do not be partners with them."
Eph. 5:3-7
I have been given this verse to read (and have been put in the place of the person to not be partnered with). As Christians we are partners in the body of Christ. It is impossible to disconnect, we are one. You are stuck with me, I am not going any ware and any Church leader should be happy about that! A disciple does not need to be perfect just forgiven. I do not need to have life figured out right now I just need to be seeking God every day. I need to be disipled.
