Ready for autumn!
Yes, I'm making chili and baking muffins, but the real story is the new backsplash. I was cleaning out the hall cupboard a couple of weeks ago and found wallpaper remnants from I house I lived in 30 years ago. I've lived where I am now for 20, and I'd forgotten I even had the wallpaper. Shows how often I clean cupboards. Long story short, I had enough wallpaper to piece together four backsplash areas. I gave it coat of polyurethane to protect it and new kitchen - not really but feels like it! I think the wallpaper really brings the cabinets and tired old countertop together.
