(no subject)
I post a lot lately, don't I? Right now it's more to avoid studying... and to distract myself from my throat ache, which has gotten -worse-. I'm supposed to go around town dropping resumes, but it's rainiiiing -and- I'm sicklish (I took two extra strength tylenols, no help). Sooo, let's do a little exposé on why I love Quebec City. =o I mean, aside from the fact that it's a beautiful city, the people (who speak French, yay!) are just great... We were at Tim Hortons and dad was short on 7 cents in change (he just didn't want to split bills), and some guy promptly got up from his table and proposed to give him the change. Okay, so it's not much money, but it's only in Quebec you'll see people jump at occasions to help, or starting a conversation with a stranger on the bus... or at the bus station. When I got off on Tuesday, some guy just walked up to me (''I know I'll never see you again, but I just love talking to strangers. Ugh, I hate Ottawa, people are just so cold.'') And he did a nice little fag interpretation to entertain me, too (he was wearing pink, btw). He had been amusing, so when he kissed my hand as goodbye, I didn't mind that much. Dad says guys are just -jumping- on me. I rolled my eyes at him, but... yesterday I had a nice little msn convo with Chesda, who proceeded to expose the crush he has on me. *head desks* ...well, they do say people in love are more attractive. I would definitely go out with Chesda though, if I weren't so smitten with my fallen angel. *ponders* Or Pixy. (lol, kidding. But really, I admire her more and more, she's a great person). Neways, so of course I turned him down...
I'm hoping dad will be able to bring us to see Shadow... and as soon as Kal is done screaming in frustration at her final project that's due before 5, I think we'll go see a movie. V for Vendetta sounds alright, ne? (Well, I know Bailey and Do liked it. =o ) OH. Domimi has started RPing (on World of Warcraft forums) and he's all glad to have discovered that creative outlet... I pointed out in amusement that it was because of him, pretty much, that I dropped RP. ^_^; I'm gonna get back into it though, progressively. And I really need to get drawing again. And reading, too. Perhaps writing. And watching lotsa anime. *_* A plan is made! ...*gets philosophy book out for studying* A plan for the future.
