Hi!! How are you doing?
Last week. Spring officially began in the north hemisphere, yay!!! Unfortunately, the weather is all kinds of awful these days, so boo! Cludy days and Spring do not match in my book :P
Anyhow, I hope you have wonderful spring this year, full of happy moments and fabulous things! :) Oh! And I hope you all had a fantastic Easter holidays! I've spent most of them moving furniture and putting stuff in boxes because this week I'm getting new heating installed in the apartment!!! As you can imagine, at the moment the apartment looks terribly messy!!! The main piping seems to be finished and all the heaters are in place, and the new boiler is installed. I'm hoping that tomorrow the plumbers finish the job *crosses fingers*... and then I'll have to clean the place real good!!! Gah! I hate cleaning!
Also, the date for the civil servant examination has been announced. Finally!!!! It will take place on May 11, so guess who has to put on her big girl pants and start reviewing like crazy? :P
Oh! And tomorrow I have a job interview!!! I want the job so badly!!!! *flails*
I'm still reading compulsively!!! This month, I've mainlined three Meg Cabot's novels because I was totally in the mood for chick literature, it is such a brain candy! I've read "Queen of Babble", "Queen of Babble in the Big City", and "Size 12 is not Fat". All of them have been a lot of fun and thoroughly enjoyable. :D Whee! Next, I will probably pick up Philipa Gregory's "The Other Boleyn Girl", I have missed the movie, but the book has been lost in the books-to-read stack for ages, and I really want to give it a go!
In more TeeVee-related note, I've watched the first season of Eureka, and now I'm so hooked I can't wait to start watching season two. Also I've watched the Stargate Atlantis pilot, and I kinda liked it O.o, so I've snatched geekyBF's season one boxset so that I can watch the whole thing!! Eee!!!!!! .... AND OMG BATTLESTAR GALACTICA SEASON FOUR IS ALMOST HERE!!! *squeeflails* I'm so spoiler-free this year I want to cry, not to mention that I'm so out of the loop bsg-wise that I don't even know if there are any new promos or promotional pictures. *sobs* Anyway, I'm still really excited about the new episodes and I can't hardly wait to finally watch the season premiere!
