Story Summary: A bunch of ZQ characters get zapped into the real world and trapped in a hotel. Tragedy ensues. Or fun, depending on whose point of view you're looking at it from, because Sylar presumably enjoys killing people who look like him because he wants to be special, and he really doesn't care if they're bisexual.
