I'm Still Alive. Honest.
God it's been something like November since I posted here, and that was for a fic so let's see.
*No news to report in the personal life arena other than my best friend is dating my ex-fiance. So...that happened.
*My family has somehow devolved into the stuff that melodramatic indie movie screenplays are based around.
*Bought The Social Network on blu-ray and it's sort of completely taken over my tv since. Addendum: I wish Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross scored my life :D
*I just got a Tumblr. Like just an hour ago so there's nothing on it yet but we'll see how that goes.
*I've put Heroes on the fandom shelf. Hoping to find something new that inspires the way that it used to. Sidebar: Really need to get a new screen name for here. This one is just stifling and I'm bored of it.
*Started compiling a list of tv series to watch from beginning to end or 'til where they're at now. It's brought awesome things like Fringe and Homicide: Life on the Street and Carnivale and the Good Wife into my life.
*Greatly re-immersed myself into comics again and it's become one of life's great pleasures. Current favorites include: Chew, The Walking Dead, Ex Machina, Mouse Guard, Darkwing Duck, and Locke and Key among others.
*I've somehow managed to talk two different blogs into letting me review shows for them even though I've yet to really find my tone in writing reviews for television lol. I do Castle for Random Ramblings and a variety of shows for End of Show.
*Not going to San Diego Comic Con this year so I can instead go to Hallowhedon and visit takhallus in person. Not to mention go to the number one country I've always wanted to visit.
*I've seen Black Swan twice now and I'm looking forward to making it a threepeat if I'm lucky. To say I'm a big ol' Aranofsky fangirl is an understatement. And Clint Mansell's score continues to haunt me.
Think that's about it for now, I'm still hoping that 2011 will be a damn sight better than 2010 but I guess we'll just see.
