I was supposed to be off today. Tuesday my boss remembered a super important grant application (due today) that he hadn't even started on. He said he would really need my help Thursday and Friday, and I should switch my day off.
Thursday I copied three cells in an Excel worksheet and pasted them in an email.
Today he has his intern doing everything. Twenty after two and he just left for the day.
Oh yes. It was completely necessary for me to switch my day off.
