lately ive been hiking up to North Lake and the views are better than i remembered. here are some of the shots i've captured in the last couple weeks.

Where exactly is North Lake? Is it near Troy at all?

its about 30 minutes south of troy. you can actually see southern albany from one point up there. you'd get off the catskill exit and head towards Hunter Mountain. i'm sure there are directions online somewhere. its worth a visit, thats for sure. the hikes aren't crazy.
