(no subject)
Well I'm in Chicago!!
Yesterday didn't go necessarily as expected, but all is well. I made it here in like 4 hours, which was very strange. Hit no traffic, which was very nice. Karma is absolutely great so far, I hope that doesn't change. Figures that she wakes me up at 8 and is now going back to sleep...grr on her!
It doesn't really feel like I'm in Chicago since I haven't really done anything that I associate with being in Chicago. I mean I did go for a walk on the beach, but besides that, nothing too different. Oh yeah, did have Chicago style pizza last night, so maybe I just have to let all of this sink in...
Well, I'm going to go eat the rest of my pizza for breakfast, take Karma for a walk and go grocery shopping, then I might be meeting Mindy and Mandy (the roomies) up at Cubbie Bear after they get off of work.
