Part 1 Part 2 Part 3
If Akihito had ever regretted his decision in life, he felt it now. Asking Asami to give him some freedom around the castle was both good and bad decision. Good because he was able to know better about his surrounding and if possible, used it for his escape plan. Bad because since he stepped outside the demon king’s chamber until his current location now, each and every demon had been staring at him. Some demons, since Akihito was a human, found it weird for him to walk around the castle, especially when the demon king’s hand on his waist. And some demons that never see human before, Akihito was considered a magical creature. Other demons, who were entranced by his appearance, stared at Akihito with lust. Not many human especially for a young man had a blonde hair with hazel eyes, slender figures, attractive face, soft and white skin. However, they could not stare for too long as their king would gave them an icy glare that promised terrible fate if they still looking at his new treasure.
Akihito realised that most demon was not that different from human. They had the same figure and similar look as human. The only difference was the eyes colour. In exception Asami being the demon king, all of them were dark colour, and the same goes for hair. None of them had light yellow coloured hair like him. Other difference that Asami told him was demons live longer than human. Even without Asami’s information, Akihito could already guess since one good example beside him. When his father was still alive, he used to tell him that even during his great grandfather time, the demon king was already exist since then. There were also some magical creatures, like a living ghost who wandered around the castle, three eyed man, giant, and others. The thought made him remember about this morning conversation with Asami just after their intense lovemaking.
*
Morning….
“Hahhh…hahhhh…..hahhhh.” Akihito collapsed after 6 hours of sex with Asami. Asami sat beside him, stroking and letting him to catch his breath.
“That was not bad.” teased Asami which caused his sweet kitten to glare at him.
“You must be crazy...hahhh…hahhh….there is no way anyone..hahh…that amount of…hahhh stamina.” growled Akihito. Asami smilled evilly at his boy.
“You seems to forget that I am no human, Akihito. And here I thought you are a knight. For all I know, a knight should have a ample stamina to kill the demon king. Isn’t it true, my cute kitten.” mocked Asami.
“I AM NOT A KITTEN.” hissed Akihito. Despite what he said, he laid his head on Asami’s lap, letting Asami to soothe his back. Right now Akihito was so tired that he did not want to think about anything else except enjoying Asami’s embrace. The couple stayed like that for a while until Asami stood up and carried Akihito to the bath room. He gently put Akihito on the bathtub and started scrubbing his back.
“Hmm, what are you doing?” asked Akihito tiredly.
“Helping you.” even without looking behind, Akihito could tell that the king was smirking. “And since you have been a good boy last night, I decide to give you a reward.”
“Really! I can go out now?” Akihito stared at Asami’s golden eyes expectantly, eagerly waiting for his answer. Asami loved looking Akihito when his face was full of happiness and bright fire glint on the pair of hazel eyes. Unknowingly, his hand reach for the young man’s chin before he brought their mouth closed together, just touching. Then he slowly licked Akihito’s lip waiting for him to open his mouth. Akihito was startled with this new action from Asami. Never before Asami was this tender in kissing. Reluctantly, he opened his mouth to give access. He could feel Asami’s tongue inside his mouth, moving at a slow pace. Nevertheless both couple stayed in that position, indulging in each other presence.
They exited the bathroom one hour later. Asami helped Akihito to dry his hair out. He gave Akihito a pair of new clothes and shoes. Before Asami allowed him to step outside, he provided Akihito some explanation of Do’s and Don’ts in the castle ground. Mainly, the most important rule for him was never leave Asami’s side. At first, Akihito refused to agree at that stupid rule, but after Asami threatened him ‘If you refuse to agree, I will just tied you up in bed for eternity like a good little pet’, Akihito had no choice but to yield.

At the castle ground,
The demon king castle in total had 10 levels. Since it was very vast, the castle itself divided into three section, west, east, and middle. The top floor belongs solely to the demon king. Only few selected demon could go there. And right now, Akihito and Asami were on the level 8 west section of the castle.
“Kyaaaaaa!” Without thinking Akihito jumped into Asami’s arm when he saw a woman ghost wearing a long dress walked towards them. He hugged Asami’s neck so tight that even Asami’s had trouble breathing.
“Calm down, Akihito.” said Asami, trying to release Akihito strong grip from him. “She’s just Kae.”
“That thing has a name!?” shouted Akihito shocked. Now that Kae was in front, he quickly jumped to hide behind Asami’s back.
“Good afternoon, Asami-sama.” greeted the ghost lady politely.
“Good afternoon. May I ask what are you doing here? From what I heard you always hanging on the other side of the castle.” replied Asami with calm but unhappy tone. In reality, he did not have any grudge against her but he disliked it when someone or something disturbs his time with his cute Akihito.
“I’m apologise Asami-sama. I merely want to know whether the rumor is true or not.” said Kae apologetically, realising the tone.
“Rumor?”
“Yes Asami-sama. I heard whisper and voices saying that there is human in this castle.” Noticing the Akihito hiding behind the king, Kae flew over to take a closer look at him. However, a barrier prevented her to come nearer towards the human.
“I don’t like others to touch what was mine. If you have nothing to do I suggest you to go away before I lose my temper.” growled Asami. His eyes spelled danger. Seeing that the king was pissed, Kae quickly bow before she literally passed through the wall. Even thought she was a ghost, no one dared to face an angry demon king. The last time it happened that poor soul was suffered worse than hell before there was nothing left of him.
After the ghost lady left, Akihito sighed in relieve. He let go of Asami’s back. He could predict that Asami was going to tease him no end because of this. True to his word, he could hear Asami’s voice.
“I thought you’re braver than that.” mocked Asami.
“Well sorry if human like me never see walking and talking ghost before.” pissed Akihito. “Anyway, you should fucking give some warning that there are going to be bizarre thing like that.”
“Aww, but I don’t want to miss any my adorable Aki’s expression.”
“MINE?! First and foremost, I don’t remember agreeing beco…hmmp.” Akihito felt his mouth crushed with the demon king’s mouth. Akihito’s face was flushed red. Asami wanted to take him right now, but he told himself that he needs to wait. He still have to show Akihito the rest of the castle and most importantly showed who Akihito’s belong to. The last thing he wanted was to let other demon touch him. So ignoring, Akihito’s protest, he slip his hand on the young man waist before guiding him forward.
*
Once Akihito back on Asami’s chamber, he straight away slumped into the bed. He felt tired but overall, the tour was exciting. Akihito could see a lot of demons other than Asami. He got to ask a lot of question about them. Sometimes Asami would answer his question or choose not to answer. This irritated Akihito a bit but he let it pass as other magical things, started to take away his attention. After his first incident with Kae, the ghost lady, he prepared himself handle more of unordinary things. He was embarrassed for screaming and hugging Asami like a little girl. On the way, he met a guard demon who knocked him down the first time he reached the demon king castle. Now that he examined him closely, he realised the guard had a pair of horns hidden between his hairs. Asami introduced him as Suoh Kazumi, one of his trusted guards. Then he met another demon wearing glasses, Kirishima Kei, the one that if he remembered correctly stood beside Asami during the knight’s punishment. The sudden thought of that bad memory made him shuddered. Of course he still had not forgiven Asami for killing his comrades and his father. His thought was cut when he heard Asami talking to him.
“Huh..Sorry, can you repeat that again?”
“Tomorrow night you are going to attend an event with me.”
“Why?” asked Akihito confusedly.
“One of Duke’s sons was getting married, so it was respectable for me as a demon king to attend their wedding.”
“Duke? There is Duke in this place?” asked Akihito even more confused than before. Asami realised that he had not explain how the demon country’s works. He sat down beside the Akihito’s sleeping figure.
“There are 5 dukes under me. Their job was to help me to maintain order in this land.” explained Asami.
“So they are important bunch of old geezer then. Still it does not make sense. Why do I need to come with you?”
“Would you prefer that I tied you to bed and fucked you all night and all day before you finally give up, or you could just be a good boy and come with me willingly?” Akihito’s mouth gone dry. Obviously, he still wanted to live so he chose the second one.
“Where is the party?”
“On the castle.” Akihito silently cursed the answer. Here gone his chance to go outside the castle ground.
“If you want to go outside the castle forget it. I’ll never allow you.” said Asami suddenly as he could read the young man’s mind. Before Akihito could protest, Asami silenced him and it was shortly after that he could finally hear the pleasure cries that he had been longing since this morning.
*
Akihito wanted to run away or maybe dig a hole so he could hide inside. He knew that he could not do any of that since he could see that some Asami’s guards watching him closely from a distance. However, this situation that he stupidly jumped into frustrated him. Demons, small or big, with or without wing, handsome or pretty was openly staring at him. And since the invitation was coming from the duke himself, most of the demons attended this event. He tried his best to enjoy the food, but he still was not able to get rid of the anxiety. He slipped away from Asami when the demon king was busy talking with other high rank demons. He drank some wine that the three eyed waiter offer him, hoping that the wine could ease his feeling tonight. He walked towards the garden, trying to have some fresh air and some calmness since there was less demons there. He stood upon a fountain and sat on the bench near there. For some time he admired the wonderful sigh before him. The fountain was not the kind of everyday fountain than he stumbled back on his home. This one was much bigger, and they shone beautifully under the moonlight. Then he heard a sound behind him. He expected it coming from Asami, but once he glanced back, two figures with wings meet him.
“Hi.” one of them with the black wing greeted him. “My name is Kou. Nice to meet you.” Then he pointed to the other with the white wing. “This is Takato.”
He could see that the one he called Takato smiled to him before he asked for his name. Honestly, Akihito was surprised at first, but looking at their faces, he noticed that they meant no harm. Hence, he introduced himself to the duo. They quickly made acquaintance with each other. Both Kou and Takato were easy to talk to. The three of them made jokes, and Akihito enjoyed it. It had been a first time since Akihito spent time around other demons, besides Asami. Since Kou and Takato always curious on what humans all about, Akihito began to tell them about his life and his home. In exchange they also told him about their own demon’s life. They even promised that he would bring Akihito fly to the sky if the demon king allowed it.
Meanwhile, Asami was finished speaking with dukes. His eyes scanned the area looking for his cute kitten. He found him sitting on the bench with other demons. He wanted to snatch Akihito away from them but he stopped himself. He noticed the joy on Akihito’s face when he talked to them. Some part of him felt jealous that other demons other than himself managed to make Akihito happy, but other part of him knew that Akihito need this. Asami observed that sometimes Akihito looked at him with pained eyes. He understood that the source of Akihito’s pain was caused by him. He killed people who are important to him. Therefore, Asami let Akihito to make friends. So that someday, Akihito would willingly stay with him forever. Furthermore, he also knew that these two demons were straight. That was the other reason he allowed them to be near his Akihito.
Akihito could feel someone was watching him. He glanced and a pair of golden eyes met his. Asami gestured him to follow. Regretfully, he faced his new friends.
“Sorry guys, I need to go.”
“It’s okay. Oh I know, we should meet again someday.” exclaimed Kou excitedly.
“Yup, we should meet again. I wanted to hear more about human world.” added Takato, agreeing to Kou.
“Thanks guys.” They said their goodbyes before Akihito approached the demon king. Asami led him to another room before he quickly embraced the small body of his Akihito.
“A-Asami, not here.” protested Akihito.
“Hmmm, do you enjoy the party?” asked Asami huskily near Akihito’s ear.
“Actually yeah. I made new friends.”
“I know. I saw you.”
“How about you? I saw you enjoying the party by talking to the old geezer the whole night.” sneered Akihito. He yelped when Asami smacked his butt.
“Manner Akihito. I know you are unhappy that I did not pay attention to you. If you are lonely, you should just be honest and tell me.” smirked Asami.
“What! I do not need you and I am definitely NOT lonely.” Akihito struggled and before he realised it, Asami used his power to transfer them into their chamber.
Back at the hall where the party held, a young handsome demon with a set of purple eyes and hair watched both demon king and the human left together. Yuu always thought himself as special someone in Asami-sama life since he was one of the demons who had sex with the king until the human came. Immediately, he was tossed aside by the king. He felt jealous, and furious for a thought that a mere human could replace him. From the look of Asami-sama’s face, he noticed that even the king was also captivated by the human. A wicked smile formed on his mouth. In this kind of circumstances, he was grateful that he was born with power to release pheromone that could affect and control male or female alike, even though, it was useless for stronger demons. He swore to himself that he would get rid of the human soon so that Asami-sama could be his again.
*
At the chamber, Asami let Akihito to get hold of himself. He knew this was the boy first experience on teleport. So it was not odd for him to find shocked written all over the boy’s face.
“Shhh. It’s okay Akihito.” said Asami, trying to calm the man down.
“You fucking bastard!” shouted Akihito, once he grasped of his surroundings. “Next time warn me in advance each time you want to pull your little stunt.”
“Sorry Akihito.” For a moment, Akihito could see guilty on Asami’s face before it disappeared completely. “However, I did that because I have no longer have patience to quickly taste my sweet Akihito.”
“I….stilll…hahh….ang….ry…you….now.” said Akihito weakly between moaning and panting when Asami licking and bitting his body. He shuddered when Asami spoke on his ear.
“Don’t worry, I’ll make it up to you tonight and made sure that you fully satisfied tonight.” promised Asami, before he travel down, giving Akihito pleasure.
*
Two months had passed. Akihito began to enjoy his current life. He allowed to walk around the castle even thought the guards would stopped him every time he wanted to go outside. Asami had allowed Takato and Kou to come with a strict rule that they must not bring Akihito outside. Since that was direct order from the king himself, they had no choice but to accept it. Silently, both of them wished to show their friend the demon country. However, they were still grateful that the king gave them permission to meet Akihito.
And today, the three of them were on the garden inside the castle. One of the maid had prepared them food and drinks. They talked and played, and there was one time where Akihito asked whether he could touch the wing. Of course they let him. Akihito took the time to appreciate the soft and fluffy feel from the wing. He wanted to try the feel of flying. Then one idea popped into his mind.
“Hey, can you try to fly. I wanted to see how they move.” requested Akihito to Kou.
“Sure man.” The wings moved up and down like a bird. With a flash, Kou was one metre above the ground.
“So how is it?” Before Kou could get his answer, Akihito was leaping towards him, grabbing his back.
“Let’s go.” shouted Akihito excitedly. Kou, on the other hand was losing his balance. He flew with unstable motion, and with that both of them happily meet the ground together.
“Ouch.” groaned Akihito, rubbing his head. “Kou, you okay.”
“Yeah, I’m fine.” replied Kou before Takato cut them both.
“Hey, you guys okay.” Takato quickly checked for any injuries. Seeing that there was none, he sighed contently. He then faced Akihito, giving his friend a speech on how safety was important and he should not do that. Akihito ginned sheepishly at both of them before he explained his desire to fly. Both Kou and Takato looked at each other before they reluctantly agree after looking at Akihito’s puppy eyes. However, they made it clear that they would only bring Akihito around the castle ground only. Getting punished by the demon king was so not in their agenda today.
This time both Takato and Kou would hold his friend’s hand. Takato even emphasised that no matter what never let go of their hand. Akihito nodded, and reassured them that he would be careful. Together, Takato and Kou moved their wings. Akihito could see that they ascend higher before they flew forward. Akihito felt the wind on his face and he laughed, enjoying the nice feeling. Since they only flew around the castle ground, Akihito could not really see a lot up there. Nevertheless, he loved it. He could at least spotted small houses on the town area. However, fun time was over when Suoh shouted at them to go down. With heavy heart, Kou and Takato descend to the ground. Once they below, Suoh approached them, saying that it was time for Akihito’s friends to go. Other guard guided them outside, while Suoh took Akihito to Asami’s chamber, informing him to wait for the king. After Suoh had exited the room, Akihito lied down, resting his head on the pillow.
Today’s flying had made him realise of his freedom before he met Asami. He used to run around and hunt for food. His mother’s face appeared on his mind. He knew that his mother must be worried sick about him. He wanted to visit his mother but he somehow doubt that Asami would allow it. Furthermore, he also scared the fact that he had been sleeping with Asami. What if his mother found out that the killer of his own father had been screwing him all this time? Honestly, he first became a knight with only one thing on his mind. To kill the demon king and avenge his father’s death. Now, he did not know what to do anymore. For sure his mother would not be happy. Akihito understood that his mother also hate Asami. Ever since the news about his father’s death reached his home, everything changed. Every night after Akihito asleep, his mother would cry silently. There was once that Akihito pretended to be asleep so that he could watch his mother cry on their living room. The image of his once lively mother with tears hurt Akihito’s heart. He realised that part of him had already falling for Asami. It was hard to hate the demon king forever, especially since he treated Akihito with care. True, sometimes his attitude annoyed Akihito to no end, but he always there for Akihito.
Akihito sighed. He remembered that there was once that Akihito was angry with Asami that he just the-hell-with-Asami and decided to escape. He chose a day that he knew that Asami would not be on the castle. He went into the castle garden and walked quietly trying not to bring too much attention. Luckily, the older demon gave his freedom around the castle. Using his agility, Akihito climbed the wall that was unguarded. It never bothered him why no one was bothered to guard that part of the wall. Akihito managed to land safely on the ground. Thingking that he had successfully escaped, he took note of the deep forest before him. Just as he walked forwards, something came out from the forest. The first thing that took his attention was its giant size. Second thing was its sharp teeth. Third thing was its three heads. Cerberus! Shit, Asami never mentioned any cereberus to him, screamed Akihito’s mind. The Cerberus lifted its paw, trying to squash him. With reflex, Akihito jumped to another side. The giant dog kept attacking him with his paw and heads. Akihito struggled to evade all the attack. But seeing the difference in power and size, the monstrous creature managed to inflict pain on his body. Akihito kept fighting by throwing rocks to the Cerberus until one of the head managed to bite his hand. Akihito cried in pain, unconsciously calling Asami on his mind. Before the dog could chomp off his hand, a bright light came into his view. Akihito closed his eyes. Once he opened his eyes, he could see the Cerberus ran into the forest and a pair of strong hand carried him. He looked up and a non-amuse golden eyes met his own frightened hazel eyes. The golden eyes narrowed upon seeing Akihito’s injuries. Immediately, Asami teleport back to their chamber. He laid Akihito on the bed before he sat beside him. Using his power, he treated Akihito’s hand first before he checked other injuries. Asami sighed in relieve since none of them was serious. Of course Akihito’s action was not unpunished. Asami made sure Akihito stayed in bed for two days full before Akihito swore that he would never do anything stupid again. Well that accident was happened one month ago. And Akihito had been careful until now not to cause trouble. He shivered at the memory of that day where Asami tied him and fucked him so hard for his carelessness. Akihito might resist and complained if not because of the look in Asami’s eyes. Yes he saw anger, but more importantly he saw worry and sadness.
Now uncertainty hit him. He wanted to stay with Asami but he also must take his family into consideration. Even until now, the image of Asami murdered the people who were important to him still planted clearly on his head. He held the golden necklace that his father gave him before he died, silently praying for forgiveness. He fell asleep with a single tear falling on his cheek.
When he entered his own bedroom, Asami looked that his Akihito had fallen asleep on the bed. He touched the young man’s cheek gently and noticed the tear. Some way or another Asami aware of what was going on in his lover heart, especially when he saw Akihito hand on the necklace that his father gave him. Asami knew this because there was one time when he tried to remove the necklace from Akihito to give Akihito better jewellery. However, Akihito stubbornly refused and told him that this necklace was precious to him. He even threatened Asami that he would hate him forever if he took it away from him. Of course this resulted in a fight between them which caused Akihito to run away from him few days later. He was in the middle of meeting with one of the duke when he heard Akihito calling him. He excused himself quickly and using his ability to arrive at Akihito’s location. Seeing him attacked by the Cerberus enraged Asami. He used his magic to scare the Cerberus, so that it would leave Akihito’s alone. He instantly held his boy once he staggered to fall. He remembered himself panic for the first time upon seeing Akihito’s condition. He brought the boy with him to their own room. He gently healed Akihito’s injuries one by one. After he made sure that all injuries were treated, then he once again let Akihito know that how foolish the young man was by fucking him hard for two days. He even made Akihito to swear that he would not do stupid things again. Eventually, after that incident, he and Akihito formed a silent promise to drop off the jewellery topic.
His thought back to present as Akihito rolled to his side and mumbled Asami’s name. He chuckled at Akihito’s adorableness. Ever since he became a demon king, this was the first time he felt guilty for killing those knights in front of Akihito’s eyes. He never wanted the boy to witness the brutal side of him. If only he knew that his most precious treasure was stood before him on that fateful day, everything might be different know. But still it was too late to deny everything now. Even with him knowing, Akihito would still have feeling against Asami for killing his father. He brought his lips to Akihito’s forehead, kissing it tenderly, hoping that Akihito would forgive him someday.
