moving day part 1
On Friday my dad came to SJSU, picked me up and drove me to Dublin for the night so we could get an early start moving things to our new home in Tracy today. Andy came to help and we managed to transport all of our junk in Dublin to Tracy. It's a very nice one-story house, a bit smaller than our San Ramon home but still pretty neat. There's a hot tub in the backyard, we'll have to find out if it works.
Next Saturday we take our Santa Cruz stuff up to Tracy and we'll be officially moved in. Thankfully we got the refrigerator and washer and dryer into the house today, so the most back-breaking part is over.
Our new place is on a street called Anne. Most of the street names in this residential area are people names. The road that turns onto Anne is Vera, which is pretty cool because it reminds me of Vera Misham, a shy artist from the Apollo Justice game. She's so cute when you see her as a little girl in the game!
Anyway, I'm back at the dorm now. I know I'll be having some aching muscles tomorrow!
Oh yeah, and I got two autographs from Tom Kane for my birthday by Andy. Thanks Andy! Tom Kane played the voices of Professor Utonium and Him on Powerpuff Girls.
