two weeks...

It seems like each progressing semester goes by faster and faster. And now there's only two weeks and one semester left until I transfer. I've sent applications to San Jose State University, San Francisco State, Northridge, and East Bay, and now I need to have my transcript mailed to each of them. It's gonna be weird, living away from home, but will no doubt be totally awesome.

But anyway, only two weeks until winter break! I don't have any plans, so I'll probably be spending the break either on the computer or reading manga at Borders. And going to bed earlier, or at least I hope to. Oh yeah, and the comic, I've been meaning to catch up on that. I want to update the characters page, maybe the about page, and of course draw more comics.

I just had an idea for a manga I might try to do in my spare-spare time, but I haven't hammered out enough details to say much yet. It's like how I hate showing people my artwork before it's done, you know? Reminds me of when my Econ teacher in high school saw me in the process of drawing and commented on how the character was still naked.

Edit: Forgot to mention how Tennis is going since the beginning of the semester. Well, I've got most of the basics covered, though my backhand stroke could use some work. One of the biggest things I'm working on is the drop shot (where you put back spin on the ball so that after it bounces it travels strait up or backwards). I can't do it 100% of the time yet, and it often turns into a sort of psuedo-lob, but I just love the shocked look on my opponents' faces when they see the ball bounce up instead of forward.
