I am sorting things in the gmail now, and claimed will go up January 8th, 2011 at 3pm PST. The schedule will be changed to give artists more time to complete art so authors prepare for posting in early February.
If you signed up for the big bang and still haven't turned in a rough draft - and are sure you will complete the story by February - then go ahead and send in a rough draft before claims according to this post.
