i officially hate SUNY cortland. they have screwed me over SO MANY TIMES! i was told to send a letter to the school asking for a refund of my health fee, due to the fact that i won't be using it because i'm not even living in new york this semester. i wasted 39 cents and mailed a letter to the school, only to be told that my request is "too late
