Indie theatre geeks anyone? My amusingly named uni drama society needs to hire a venue some time in September due to bureaucratic nonsense that inhibits access to on-campus space. Our budget, she is le tiny! Consequently we don't cary how crappy the venue is as long as there is something vaguely resembling a stage-like thing - it's the performance energy that carries the thing anyway, we don't need anything fancy. We do need something cheap, available for 4-7 days and in the central to newtown region so that people who normally come to our uni for our shows do not go "wtf you're performing in berowra now!?"
