I'm a non-smoker ( but i don't mind if you are)
Currently working full-time at surry hills

I need something close to public transport,
and no cats ( i'm allergic )

Price - under $145 Give or take a small way depending on the room and the situation :)

If you don't mind the bus ride, and like the idea of being on the beach, a friend of mine has a place at Maroubra beach with a room avail. The ad is on realestate.com.au... price is $153 if you can afford it, no pic on the ad. Sharing with two working guys in their 20s, they're Good People.
