Chapter Four - The Dungeons
The coach shut off it's engine and before anyone on said vehicle could even stop to think, the students burst into cheers, happy at being back at the hotel after a whole day looking at what half the class regarded as 'boring landmarks'.
"Now before you rush off to your rooms..." Mr Choi stood along with several other students who had already unbuckled their seatbelts and were stretching, "Shim Changmin, Choi Seunghyun, sit down. What did I just say?" And Changmin guiltily took his seat next to Jaejoong once again.
Yes. Changmin had managed to persuade Jaejoong to sit with the boys again on the return from Big Ben after spending most of the day sending dirty looks towards him and Jessica. Yunho had been smiling quite smugly to himself on the whole journey back because of the fallen faces and glares he was recieving from Yuri and Jessica because of the fact he was sat over the aisle from the blonde, therefore beating them.
"I seem to have forgotten to mention that if you remain as well behaved as you have been today, you shall be treated with an end of trip party on the day before we leave. Courtesy of Miss Lee." he announced, pausing for the whoops, cheers and declarations of love for the young teaching assistant from the students before continuing, "Still, that's only if you behave. Lee Donghae, I'm looking at you. Anyway, tomorrow's schedule is a fairly exciting one that I think most of you will enjoy. You'll be spending the day at two of London's biggest attractions, London Dungeons and the London Eye. I expect most of you to translate the speeches by the actors in the Dungeons, especially you Yoochun, Changmin and Boa. Look forward to it and please behave. Dinner will be served at 7PM. Please pick up your bags and leave the coach sensibly."
"I didn't know we got to go to the Dungeons!" Jaejoong said enthusastically, wearing a mask of glee on his face as he exchanged a high-five with Changmin, who shared his cheerful expression. They grabbed their bags and slung them over their shoulders, chattering about how awesome English history was as they made their way down the aisle to get off the coach, passing he seats Yoochun and Junsu occupied.
Yoochun was currently prodding Junsu's cheek, who seemingly had turned to stone... a very pale stone.
"Junsu-yah? Are you okay?" he asked, before he was smothered in Junsu's scent and body as the other clung to him desperately.
"Chunnie~! I don't want to go!" Junsu whimpered into Yoochun's neck, "I hate old-time London! It's going to freak me out!"
Yoochun sat shocked at Junsu's sudden actions, trusting his natural reactions to pat the other's back in some kind of comforting way whilst he tried registering it in his mind.
"It'll be okay. I'll hold your hand all the way around." Yoochun promised as he attempted to pry Junsu's hands from around his neck, "Let's just get off the coach, hmm?"
And they followed the groups of people who were taking their time to leave the vehicle, meeting with Jaejoong and Changmin just as they got off the steps.
"Where's Yunho?" Yoochun questioned - and as if his name magically made him appear, Yunho materialised just outside of the little square the four had created, dropping his ten tonne backpack at his feet, finding a sudden interest in his fingernails. He didn't even lift his gaze when it was blatently obvious that there was four pairs of eyes boring holes into the top of his head.
"Looking forward to tomorrow, hyung?" Yoochun asked, "Sounds fun, right?"
Yunho, who looked pretty uneasy in the first place, scratched the back of his neck and answered with a very unconvincing, "Yeah, sure."
A few seconds of silence washed over the fivesome as they stood in the English sun. Yunho remained interested in his hands; Yoochun made a point to stare at his feet; Junsu watched a plane soar across the sky; Jaejoong zipped and unzipped the bottom of the hoodie he was wearing and Changmin looked completely blank, likely to be imagining what could be served for dinner.
"Ooh! I just remembered!" Changmin suddently burst out, causing a massive malfuntion in Yoochun's brain from the sudden loud noise and also making Jaejoong jump out of his skin, "I bought some cookies! C'mon you two!" He grabbed Junsu and Jaejoong's hands, pulling them towards the hotel. Junsu's grip on Yoochun's hand faultered for only a second, yet that was enough to seperate them and before either of them knew it, Junsu was flailing behind the other two, through the hotel's doors.
Sighing, Yoochun stuffed his hands inside his pockets and sauntered to the hotel's front entrance.
"Hey, Chun-ah, you can't blame Junsu-ssi for wanting to be with his friends. You're not the only one in his life." Yunho called, trying to keep pace with his friend, "Like he's not the only one in yours."
"He is." Yoochun replied blankly, sitting himself on one of the hotel lobby's sofas.
"Ouch, that hurts." the other said, placing a hand on his chest, over where his heart lies, in mock hurt. Yet, he only recieved a hum as a reply. Yunho rolled his eyes a little at the other's puppy love. He had no idea how lucky he was, actually going out with the person he liked rather than having to pine after them, especially when you were sharing a room with them. He sighed internally thinking about it, almost feeling sorry for himself.
"He's know Changmin-ssi for a little longer than you." Yunho pointed out, trying to make Yoochun feel a little better and when he got no reply, he forced the other to go and get some coffee with him.

When Jaejoong managed to/decided to escape the hellhole that was Junsu and Changmin's room, (seriously, he thought he was untidy, but at least it didn't look like he lived with the Tasmanian devil - which he concluded Changmin was the spitting image of), he found no one in the main room.
Figuring that Yunho probably had a life too, he pulled out his headphones and rubbed his eyes. Maybe he could take a nap before dinner...
Until he heard a crash and some loud obscenities. The noise had originated from the bathroom, and when Jaejoong pulled the door open, he was met with what seemed a damp, four-legged, plastic creature. Or Yunho on his hands and knees with the shower curtain covering his head and back.
"Err... Yunho?"
"Oh!" he said in surprise, "I didn't realise you were back." He pulled the curtain off ofthis head to show his blushing face and looked down at the offending piece of cloth.
"Yeah, uh, I'll get this fixed." Yunho said, but Jaejoong was a little more interested in the rubber gloves he was currently sporting. Fetching. Yunho's blush deepened when he followed Jaejoong's gaze after seeing the frown present on his face.
"Hah, yeah, I was cleaning the mess you left."
"Isn't that the maids job? Wow, England's inefficient." Jaejoong accused, rolling his eyes and leaving the bathroom to put his iPod onto his bedside table.
"You shouldn't leave such a mess for them. They clean lots of rooms every day. Have some sympathy." Yunho said as he fought with the shower curtain in an attempt to clip it back onto the rail. Jaejoong scoffed at his words a little as he went back to the bathroom to splash water on his face to wake himself up, remembering he couldn't take Yunho seriously whilst he was wearing those gloves.
When Yunho had wrestled and admittedly lost to the shower curtain - abandoning it in the corner of the room and concluding he could just ask Yoochun to come over to fix it - he continued with his cleaning as if Jaejoong wasn't even in the room as he indulged himself with the sink in from of the bathroom mirror. After wiping his face dry with a clean towel, Jaejoong slung it in the direction of the other male, the cloth landing nicely on the other's head.
"So, are you OCD or just plain crazy?" Jaejoong snorted, flouncing out of the room, not bothered in waiting for an answer.
"Neither!" Yunho called, before the sound of rubber slapping skin and exclaimations of pain filled the air. Jaejoong shook his head, letting his composure down for mere seconds and allowing his expression to crack into a grn at the sound, before coughing himself back to normality. Yunho, yeah, he isn't funny, he's a pervert...
When 'pervert' came into the room rubbing his wrists, he found Jaejoong sprawled across his bed on his stomach and couldn't help but find himself holding back a tickle in his throat, "You... you have a diary?" he sniggered.
The blonde looked up from the deep red ringbinder, decorated with his name written in fancy letters and glared at the dark haired male leaning against the bathroom's doorframe, "Is that a problem?"
"Uh, absolutely not." 'Thank you God, you have made my life so much easier.'

[Jaejoong's POV]
(A/N - the somewhat of a talent I had writing in first person has disappeared. Excuse this failure.)
"Head count!" Mr Choi announced as we lined up, ready to join the queue to go inside.
The place looked so cool and the actors outside were already playing such great and genuine parts - if it wasn't for the cars, phones and clothes the rest of us were wearing, it would've felt real. Junsu had already been scared out of his wits by one of the dungeons actors, dressed in a black robe with red makeup decorating his face, handing out leaflets to pedestrians. Junsu had been walking the side of Yoochun that put him farthest away from the actor, keeping a very close eye on him before said male turned to Junsu and hissed, 'What are you staring at?!', which made him need the toilet much earlier than he'd probably expected. And although it shouldn't have, it made both Changmin and I laugh our giddy little asses off.
Still, by the time we'd finished listening to su complaning to Yoochun about being a bad boyfriend for not protecting him, Mr Choi had finished our head count and we found ourselves in a queue inside the building, for twenty minutes.
I hadn't bothered to pay much attention to anyone buy Changmin, who was irate about having to wait even longer before seeing 'the really cool dead people'. When I glanced around, it seemed everyone was bored just the same. Yoochun was attempting to breathe despite Junsu clinging to his shirt; the girls were gossiping in the irritating way of theirs, some sending me really gross glances and waving as innocently as they could whilst fluttering their eyelashes. It was pretty sickening. However, something made me feel much happier inside.
Mr Jung Yunho had his eyes closed and was biting his fingernails, with a distressed look on his face. It was quite an amusing sight. And the offer was way too good to refuse.
I shifted so I was a little closer to him and smirked to myself. Changmin gave me a knowing nod and smiled himself, knowing instantly my little plot. I leant forwards, almost as if I was going to give his neck a kiss (which would be gross and wrong and icky in all ways possible), and blew slightly along the skin. Shrieking, he jumped almost fifty feet into the air, rubbing his neck furiously with deer-in-headlights eyes.
Well, that was just repayment for being mean about my diary last night!
I think the only reason he knew it was me was because I was laughing a little more enthusaistically than the rest of them (and because I was standing directly next to him), so he frowned at me with upset and disappointed eyes. It killed my laughter a little and I felt slightly guilty. Yet that doesn't reduce the fact it was pretty hilarious.
Soon everyone had gotten over it and continued with the business they were doing beforehand, except this time Yunho was facing away from me, sulking like a little kid.
Changmin let out an overdramatic sigh and half-growled, half-whined, "Why is this line taking so long?!" rolling his eyes like a toddler and leaning against a wall.
"BOOOOOO!"
And yes, okay, I screamed. But everyone else did too, so it wasn't exactly that embarrssing. the idiot dragged me infront of himself, cowering behind my back and whimpering at the actor who had a beard, scruffy hair and a huge coat. Actually, he kind of reminded me of the really huge guy from Harry Potter, whatever his name is. I pushed Yunho away from me, annoyed with his excuse just to get close and touch me. When I sent him a threatening glance, he backed off a little, retreating to look at the guy over Yoochun's shoulder instead.
"Right you lot. Hurry up and move in there. Right to the front, use all the space you little rats!" the guy said, which Changmin translated for those less educated in the English language. I was quite insulted by a term 'rats', but I guess this was his job.
We all moved into the little room provided and he stood at the front, giving his little speech and looking piercingly at us, his gaze lingering longer on the ones that looked scared - Junsu and Yunho. Junsu pulled Yoochun's shirt tighter, the collar nearly strangling the poor boy and leaving moon shaped nail marks on his neck. Yunho just kept his hands over his eyes, getting more and more worked up as Changmin translated the speech into his ear.
I felt a little guilty again when he removed his hands from his eyes. I saw genuine fear, rather than just an excuse to get close to me. I didn't want to seem like I was doing him a favour, so I let it continue for a while until we'd gone through another two rooms and were watching something about surgeons.
"Changmin-ah. Fuck off." I whispered to him as he went to stand next to Yunho and instead I pushed him over to Jessica, just so he can irritate the crap out of her instead. I placed a hand on the top of Yunho's back just for comfort and he shifted a little uneasily. Yeah, it was a little embarrassing for me, but at least I wasn't making him cry.
Junsu frowned at the contact we were making and I realised that it was pretty awkward and probably giving him the wrong message, so I retracted my hand and continued trying to listen to the person speaking.
When we got to a room that was quite obviously laid out like a barbers shop, I knew this was going to be something to do with that guy that cut people's throats when he was shaving them, Sweeney Todd, I think his name was. We were jostled around and rudely told to fill up from the back because 'there was obviously enough room' and 'there was nothing to be scared of'. Some weird guy pushed me forwards and I nearly had the right mind to ask him who he thought I was, when he pushed Yunho in after me. I sat myself down in one of the smelly wooden chairs and watched Yunho think twice about sitting next to me. I didn't know whether it was because he didn't like me anymore or he hated what I had done earlier or he just liked me too much, but he just stood there like a moron.
"Sir, please take your seat."
"Jung Yunho, sit down." Mr Choi said in his failure of an authorative voice; yet it seemed to work on Yunho, who fell into the chair within a heartbeat.
The room went pitch black and I couldn't even spot my hand in front of my face. Still, my sense of hearing hand't changed and I couldn still hear Yunho's soft whimpers next to me. When Sweeney's talking got really bad, he grabbed my sleeve, then seemed to think better of it because once the lights came back on, he was facing away from me.
"Sorry." he said with his head down as we left the room and he caught up with Yoochun and Junsu. I rolled my eyes at my own actions from beforehand. But still, at least he wasn't perving me up.
"What's going on between you and lover boy?" Changmin asked as we followed the next weird dungeons guy who took us to a room about Jack the Ripper.
"Nothing. He's just scared and I'm being a nice roommate." And when he scoffed, I slapped his arm, "Yah! What are you trying to say?!"
"Nothing, hyung." to which he toddled off to watch the shadows of Jack the ripper killing some girls. Strange, sadistic child.
I found myself watching Yunho throughout the talk about the weird prostitute murderer. His knuckles were turning white as he had his arms folded, trying to keep a poker face. He'd breathe slowly and close his eyes when something came onto the screen he didn't like and his fingernails would reach his mouth once again. He really shouldn't bite them, he has wonderful nails.
Then in the continuation room, he did it again. 'Jack the Ripper' appeared from the door in the corner of the room and Yunho grabbed the back of my shirt - admittedly, nearly choking me to death - but this time I didn't push him away, I just let him nuzzle into my back until he felt it was necessary to let go.
It was only because he's scared.
I'd already annoyed him once today.
It doesn't mean I like him.
I just pity people.
It's just pity.
