Just 1 more day to go...
This week has been crazy with working overtime and trying to get things together for the beach. (I'm leaving Monday!) I finally got to Wal Mart today and picked up some last minute things. I still haven't found a swimsuit. Apparently they only make them in short. I guess I'm resorting to the old ones. I work yet again tomorrow, then I'm coming home, packing up the rest of my stuff, showering, stopping at the bank, and then heading over to Teresa's to spend the night so that we can leave first thing in the morning.
I am dreading another long and boring day tomorrow. We had only 2 kids show up. I have a ridiculous amount of paperwork that needs to be caught up on by then end of the month, so I offered to stay behind from the field trip and let the other 2 staff take the kids. I sat in front of a computer screen for 8 hours typing up progress notes that, quite frankly, all sound the same. It's looking like we're only going to have 1 kid tomorrow (and 3 staff), so I'll probably be doing the same thing again. It's weird how draining it is to sit and do nothing all day. I'm hoping after they get the numbers back from June that they realize having the weekends during the summer is a waste of time. But, knowing the way they run things, they'll probably continue to be stupid.
