Of school, and well, teachers

As usual, I really don't have time, per say to write much of much, so on i go...

My latin teacher is very odd. Picture the epidomy of chinese and japanese stereotypes, the put most of them that fit an old man into a little old man. He says thank you constantly, still has an accent, and does all sorts of quirky things. Very interesting person to learn latin from.

My english teacher is depressing, most of our three hour class yesterday he lectured us on how little a good writer would make and how hard it would be for women to find jobs that weren't low pay copy editer jobs. Oh well, not like I listen to that sort of thing anyways. He also wants us to turn in 50 pgs worth of work at the end of the quarter, bound into a book, and he'll take our best peice, and give us a grade based on that, he may like the work and give us an F or hate the work and still give us an A. Oh, boy!

I get to read the iliad in mythology, and its the first book we read, so I broke up the first bit of reading into 30-40 pgs a day of reading, only problem is, the intro is so long I won't get out of it into the actual play til tomorrow.... and I don't know if reading it was required or not.

And my swimming teacher is a Senior in college. Hyper and "cool" and female.... oh joy of all joys!
